Cute Cat Monday: Cats of the Community

This is probably my favorite Cute Cat Monday to date, since the little floofs you are about to see have been sourced locally—straight from the community. Farm-to-table cuteness, if you will.

In addition to being fresher and healthier, farm-to-table has the added advantage of contributing to your local economy (in my case, the kitty and kitty-loving blogosphere)! Ok, enough food analogies. This is getting weird. Cats are friends, not food.

I loved reading about your cats, gushing over their face-scrunching cuteness, and seeing the diversity of cat lovers in this world. What a beautiful kitty world we live in!

Without further ado, it’s time to meet the kitties! (And their servants humans)

Organic, free range, locally-sourced cute

First up is the royal fur loaf, Neville, and his sister Zooey, of House Stiavetti (apparently we’re using Game of Thrones terminology today).

Mom Stephanie is a chef and cooking teacher over at Fearless Fresh.

Neville has many hobbies. One of them is looking dapper as f#$k. Another is boxes.

He spends his days curled up on mom’s lap (undoubtedly as she’s attempting to get work done), and chattering up an adorable storm:

Zooey, the fluffy Daenerys-looking beauty (we’re sticking with these GoT references) is a total weirdo, according to mom.

She’s fond of walking around on her hind legs.

“I see nothing weird about this, human.”

Next is Mimi, a beautiful snow white ball of fur.

Mom Sharon is the chef and author behind DelishPlan, food blog extraordinaire.

Mimi enjoys long walks on the beach, eating shrimp, and sitting around looking super regal, in that white-long-haired-cat sort of way.

“I own you.”

Cody is the inspiration behind mom Caren’s sweet blog, Cat Chat with Caren & Cody.

He loves cooking. And mischief. Ideally both at the same time.

Next is Joanie, a beautiful calico—one of thirteen siblings!

Super-mom Ellen blogs about her kitty adventures over at 15 and Meowing.

Kito, Kiwi, and Sweetie are three fashionable kitties whose mom, Camellia, helms the beautifully-photographed travel blog Cam Chowda.

So is Kiwi.

Kito prefers to hide, thank you very much.

Never mind, they got him.

Last but not least is Eugene Toulouse, a cat I am certifiably obsessed with.

Mom Alyssa rescued him from a shelter when he was 5, and he has since filled her life with buckets of whimsical joy.

Here he is owning the crap out of this whole cat thing:

That’s all for this week’s cuteness! Stay tuned for the next installment, due in exactly 7 short days.
